Year 6, you have all worked so hard this week and everyone at Wroxham is very proud of you. You have all performed at your very best and you thoroughly deserved your party today.
Year 6, I hope that you are all having a relaxing weekend, in preparation for next week.
You have all worked incredibly hard to prepare for your SATs and everyone at Wroxham is so proud of you.
I’m sure that many of you are feeling excited and anxious, but please don’t worry. Remember that your body releases adrenaline to help you perform at your best, but this may also give you sweaty palms, butterflies in your stomach, make you tremble etc; all of which are perfectly normal.
All you need to do now, is to get a good night’s sleep tonight and I look forward to seeing you all at breakfast tomorrow morning from 8am – 8.30am.

After the theatre group production on Tuesday morning, year 6 were invited to a special workshop with the 4 members of the cast.
They explained how they use characterization to enable them to play may roles (there were 12 characters in total!). They also showed us how the set was constructed and explained lighting and sound techniques.
We will now be using this knowledge in our work on playscripts.
